Austin Urban
Founder, CEO
Austin Urban, originally from Poughkeepsie, NY, has spent most of his adult life in Hudson and Saratoga Springs. A graduate of The Millbrook School and Elon University, where he studied finance, graduating with honors. Austin began his career in Boston with Morgan Stanley’s Private Wealth Management division as a Financial Advisor Associate. He later transitioned into real estate, building nearly a decade of experience in residential and multifamily transactions. Austin also founded a short-term rental management firm that now oversees more than $40 million in real estate and he holds majority investments in two boutique hotels in New York and Vermont. Outside of work, Austin is an avid golfer, runner, and snowboarder. He also plays soccer weekly, enjoys shooting sporting clays, and gets out on the lake for wakeboarding or waterskiing whenever he can. Austin is also the founder of The 4U Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting individuals and families affected by Multiple System Atrophy (MSA). Through community events and fundraising initiatives, the foundation has raised more than $500,000 to date
Pam Semenza
Operations Manager
Pam Semenza brings over 30 years of office administration and operational experience, with a strong background in the residential construction industry. A native of Albany, New York, Pam spent 25 years managing the office and administrative operations for a custom home building company she owned with her husband, where her attention to detail, organization, and clear communication were essential to the company’s long-term success.
As the middle of three sisters and a mother of three daughters, Pam values strong relationships both professionally and personally. Although her husband has recently retired and the business was sold, Pam continues to work in her own “retirement,” enjoying the opportunity to stay busy while supporting small businesses she genuinely enjoys working with.
Outside of work, Pam loves spending time with her family especially her grandsons. She can often be found soaking up the sun in Florida, relaxing by the pool with her husband, or enjoying her favorite hobbies, which include crafting, baking, and walking or cycling.
Ali Bartolotta
Listings & On Site Manager
Born and raised in Hudson, New York, Ali brings a strong local connection and a well-rounded marketing background to her work. She earned both her bachelor’s degree in business marketing and her master’s degree in integrated marketing communications from Marist University, where she was also a dedicated member of the Cross Country and Track teams.
Now based back in Hudson, Ali works for her family’s fruit farm, handling administrative responsibilities and overseeing food safety operations. Alongside her work at the farm, she owns and manages her own Airbnb property and supports Wanderlust Realty with administrative tasks and property check-ins.
With a blend of marketing expertise, operational experience, and deep roots in the Hudson community, Ali brings organization, reliability, and a strong work ethic to every role she takes on.
